Try the Lumina lamb rump served with chickpea & couscous tagine, harissa and mint yoghurt, baked almonds and apricots; or the frutti di mare with green lip mussels, prawns, squid, arrabbiata sauce and lemon pangrattato, linguine. Be wowed. Take a seat out in the generous conservatory complete with a living wall, or sit along the large windows overlooking the ever-changing beauty of Hagley Park. This is the best spot in town for a pre-theatre meal, at the bistro’s Dining at Dusk.
