Convention Bureau Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Convention Bureau Manager, your role will be to increase the awareness of Christchurch and Canterbury as a conference and convention destination. You will be required proactively build relationships and drive new business events opportunities from the International and/or Australian market.
Executive Assistant – Leadership Support
Reporting to the General Manager Shared Services, your role will be to provide executive level support to the CEO, General Manager Destination & Attraction, and General Manager Marketing, Brand and Communication to make them as effective and efficient as they can be. The role is key in the effective functioning of the CEO’s office, anticipating needs, strategic thinking, a high level of professional communication and managing key stakeholders are all required to do this.
Business Growth Specialist
As a commercial Business Growth Specialist, you will help businesses accelerate growth and support business attraction. Working with leaders of high-growth potential organisations, you facilitate improved business leadership capability, encourage innovation, assist in attraction strategies to ensure ambitious businesses are positioned and connected to key support and services to drive economic growth and create jobs for Ōtautahi Christchurch.
Reporting to the Finance, Risk and Compliance Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Contributing to the month end reporting with proactive and timely analysis and reports,
Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting process,
Building strong relationships across the business to become a trusted advisor to budget holders and management to aid in their decision-making processes,
Responsibility for completing month-end financials on time.
