The Kaiapoi isite Visitor Centre is part of New Zealand's official nationwide Visitor Information Network. Located only 20 kms north of Christchurch and the Christchurch International Airport, offering free, easy car-parking and handy to all essential services. The isite is a focal point for visitors to the Waimakariri District which is the gateway to North Canterbury from Christchurch. Services include postcards, Department of Conservation (DOC) backcountry hut tickets and Fish and Game licenses as well as free advice and booking services including itinerary planning.
