Pick up from your accommodation. Drive to the farm near Springfield (80 kms, 1 hour). Enjoy the changing view as we drive towards the foothills of the Southern Alps. See a sheep dog demonstration and try your hand at shedding sheep. Afterwards take a photo with the sheepdog. Enjoy lovely views of Waimakariri River and Southern Alps as a back drop See a sheep shearing demonstration. Conclude tour with homemade morning or afternoon tea scones and cookies. Enjoy 3.5 hours walking on a Kaikoura Bay Coastal Llama Trek, with spectacular mountain backdrop throughout. You walk with your own Llama, who will have saddlebags to carry your stuff.
