Supercars is Australasia’s premier touring car series and it's coming to Ōtautahi Christchurch!
Drivers will battle it out on the iconic South Island circuit — led by Kiwi star Matt Payne, winner of the Jason Richards Memorial Trophy and now Bathurst 1000 champion.
The event promises high-octane action, fierce competition and an unforgettable experience.
ChristchurchNZ and Supercars are partnering to deliver a Canterbury wide Supercars bonnet design competition, giving students the chance to design the artwork that will be featured on the bonnet of the official Supercars promotional vehicle during the Repco Supercars Championship - ITM Christchurch Super 440 event.
Collect a Supercars design template from your school or download the Supercars design template below, fill out your details, get designing and send your completed design to major.events@christchurchnz.com
Your Christchurch based designs could reflect local culture, landmarks, nature, community identity or be Supercars specific. The choices are endless.
Entries are open from 4 - 30 March 2026, for those aged 5 -18 years old.
