Torn Fabric Weaving. A strong piece of cardboard is used to weave the torn fabric strips into a bag for holding sunglasses, a bag for your phone or your special treasures. Because all the things you will use are common household items, you will learn skills and be to make many more of these at home. You will learn to make a basic weave pattern, tie knots and make a wonderful cord for your bag.
No previous experience is required. At the end of the day you will leave with your completed bag. All materials are included in the cost. All you need to bring is your lunch and a drink. Children must be 8 years old or above and there is a class limit of 10. Caregivers are welcome to stay at no cost. Bookings are essential, your place in class will be confirmed when payment is made.
