Kids Cupcake Class 8+

For the third year running, Meraki Cake Design is excited to be part of KidsFest at The Tannery with a special cupcake decorating class designed for our older creators aged 8+.

This relaxed and creative 1.5 hour class is perfect for children who feel more comfortable learning alongside others their own age. With a smaller guided environment, we focus on helping each child bring their own creative ideas to life. We’ll turn on some Taylor Swift, get inspired, and spend the session decorating 4 cupcakes each using piping techniques, fondant sculpting, colourful toppings, and hands-on decorating skills.

Rather than following one strict design, kids are encouraged to come up with their own ideas and themes, with guidance and support throughout the class. They’ll be given the tools, techniques, and creative direction needed to sculpt, decorate, and personalise their cupcakes into edible works of art.
