Guided meditations and original music on gong, bass drums, violin & piano. This meeting is experiential, I will guide you into some meditations and play some music to you and you don't have to do anything except turn up! Anyone is welcome to come, whether it be just once, or occasionally, or to the regular monthly meeting. Admission is free.
Creating music has been my life’s joy since I was a boy and I have been deeply interested in meditation since I was a young man. My thoughts on this subject have been put into an eBook called ‘the Healing Journey’ which, along with some audio meditations that support the book, can be found at the top of the music and meditation page on my website.
As the book is free, and because these new monthly meetings at All Soul’s Church are also free, I must emphasise that I am not a part of any religious or spiritual organisations and that there are no hidden agendas or strings of any kind attached to any of this. I believe that we all want and need inner peace and love, and this is my offering to help towards those great goals, even if it might be only in the tiniest way, so I hope you will come along and I would love to see you there!
