Lawrence Arabia’s indie-pop anthems unfold with the brilliance of Christchurch Symphony Orchestra - refined, spectacular, and well worth paying attention to.
One night only. Very good songs.
Lawrence Arabia is the moniker of Ōtautahi Christchurch-born songwriter James Milne. He's bringing his indie-pop anthems to the Town Hall stage, this time with Christchurch Symphony Orchestra. Warning - emotions may occur.
Milne has spent the past years quietly building an impressive résumé: winning the APRA Silver Scroll, the inaugural Taite Music Prize, collaborating with Lorde, Neil Finn and Split Enz, and composing for screen alongside Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement on "What We Do in the Shadows".
For one night only, hear Lawrence Arabia’s songs unfold with the brilliance of Christchurch Symphony Orchestra - familiar, refined, spectacular, and well worth paying attention to.
