You walk the volcanic Port Hills ridgeline, where wide views open over the city, the Canterbury Plains, Lyttelton Harbour and, on a clear day, the Southern Alps, at a comfortable pace with time to rest and photograph. Back at sea level your guide tours the rebuilt city, from the Botanic Gardens and Avon to Cathedral Square and New Regent Street, with a cafe lunch. Cancellation Policy
For day tours, cancellations with more than 7 days' notice are fully refundable. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before departure incur a 50% fee; within 48 hours they are non-refundable. If we cancel for weather or operational reasons you receive a full refund or a free reschedule. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.
