The New Zealand Antarctic Society brings people interested in the Antarctic region together, to share their knowledge, to foster interest in the region, to seek and support the protection of the Antarctic environment and to promote New Zealand’s interests. Established in 1933, has branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with NZ and international membership. Presentations and projects for interested people to attend and be involved in. Open to all.
