Advance your career with this specially designed programme- Work Readiness Programme for people with migrant backgrounds! Gain job search skills, master NZ workplace culture, learn about CV and cover letter in a job application, and get personalised guidance to land your next role in Ōtautahi Christchurch. 

This programme includes a workshop followed by up to three one-to-one career guidance sessions. Participants engage through interactive activities and develop understanding in the following areas:

  • Hands-on workshops: CV & cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job application process
  • Insights into New Zealand workplace culture
  • Build confidence, practical skills, and strategies to enter or progress in the job market

    • Note: Light refreshments will be provided. Confirming your attendance in advance will greatly assist us in planning and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
