West Melton School Fete 2027

Come on out to the country for a wonderful fete filled with fun and entertainment for all.

The West Melton School Fete is back on, and celebrating 10 years since the first fete was held in 2017. This much-loved community event brings together people from across Selwyn and Canterbury for a fun-filled day of shopping, entertainment, delicious food, family activities, and community spirit.

Held every two years, the fete has grown into one of the region’s favourite events, attracting more than 7,000 visitors in 2025.

Homemade baking, bouncy castles, petting zoo & pony rides, crazy bikes & mini jeeps, white elephant, bacon butties & ice cream plus over 130 stalls full of beautiful crafts, home wares, clothing, food, health and beauty products. We also have a full line up of local entertainment - the 2027 West Melton School Fete is not to be missed!
