Want to learn the rules of your favourite sports, pick up awesome new skills, and hang out with a great crew? Our ongoing sports sessions for people with intellectual disabilities are the perfect place to do just that.
Every session features a fun warm-up, skill-building activities, and mini-games to finish off the day. Plus, we're hosting it at Parakiore, which means there is tons of space for everyone to thrive.
