Behind some of the era’s biggest tracks, “Passin’ Me By,” “Runnin’,” “Drop,” “Otha Fish” and “Ya Mama” their catalogue stretches across the platinum-selling Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde and cult-classic Labcabincalifornia, including legendary collaborations with J Dilla and Spike Jonze.

More than 30 years on, those records still hit. This December, Imani, Slimkid3, Fatlip and DJ Cee Brown bring The Pharcyde to Christchurch for a rare chance to catch one of the most influential groups of hip-hop’s Golden Era live.

One of hip-hop’s most iconic groups, Christchurch this one’s special.
