Rams & Pouākai Holiday Camps are action-packed basketball sessions where boys & girls (school years 5-10) can stay active, improve their skills, and have fun during the school holidays.

The camps focus on developing key basketball fundamentals including dribbling, passing, shooting, and decision-making through a mix of skill stations, competitions, and small-sided games, and feature guest appearances from Rams & Pouākai players.

Our goal is to create a fun and energetic learning environment where players of all abilities can build confidence, improve their skills, and develop a love for the game.

The camps are open to both boys and girls and take place at the Rams home base at Parakiore Recreation & Sports Centre. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

Campers, please bring a drink bottle, morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea. Registrations open at 8:30am.

Camp Dates:

  • Mon, October 5 (9:00am – 3:00pm) – Registrations close 10:00am October 1
  • Tue, October 6 (9:00am – 3:00pm) – Registrations close 10:00am October 5
  • Wed, October 7 (9:00am – 3:00pm) – Registrations close 10:00am October 6
  • Thu, October 8 (9:00am – 3:00pm) – Registrations close 10:00am October 7
  • Fri, October 9 (9:00am – 3:00pm) – Registrations close 10:00am October 8
