We will mark Matariki and aspects of Maori Tradition with food, music, activities and a week-long trail lighting display.
This year, more local groups than ever deliver an amazing family-friendly afternoon of cultural activities, followed by a hangi cooked by the awesome team from Tuahiwi Marae.

Matariki star installations created by local community groups and artists, representing the story behind each of the 9 stars
Kai will be served all afternoon and the hāngī uplifted at around 4pm (koha)
We encourage folks to bring their own plate and cup
