Join us this July school holiday for a fun-filled drama adventure inspired by the rich world of Māori and Pasifika Legends, where stories are powerful, characters are unforgettable, and imagination takes centre stage.
Over three creative days, young performers will:
- Create bold and memorable characters
- Bring legendary stories to life through performance
- Explore movement, storytelling, and dramatic play in exciting new ways.
Through drama games, creative activities, and performance-making, students will:
- Build confidence
- Learn new acting skills
- Have loads of fun inside the iconic Isaac Theatre Royal!
The workshop is led by Canvas Bag Drama School tutors, under the creative direction of Course Director Harry Lawrence, giving students the chance to learn from some of Christchurch’s most passionate theatre tutors.
