Event details

A proper stage race is coming back to Canterbury. The Epoch Tour of Canterbury is a three-day, five-stage road cycling event over ANZAC weekend, featuring everything from a short time trial prologue to classic rolling road stages. It’s built to restore that sense of occasion to road racing in New Zealand ... a flagship tour riders can build their season around.

For non-cyclists, it’s a brilliant Canterbury sporting weekend: expect fast racing, team tactics, and plenty of atmosphere. Spectators are welcome — come along and soak up the action at key locations.
