Cancellation Policy
You must notify us as soon as possible and in writing of any cancellations. Cancellations of bookings made on standard rates notified to us within 2 Days (48 Hours) of the arrival or activity date as applicable will forfeit 100% of the total price paid. We suggest you purchase travel insurance prior to your trip to cover any out of pocket expenses due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
