Cancellation Policy
FIT reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring cancellations unless otherwise stated. After receipt of the 15 day status report & up to 48 hours prior to arrival, the Group Operator may cancel up to 2 rooms or 10% of the total rooms reserved, without incurring cancellation charges. Any cancellations in excess of the 2 rooms or 10% allowed or within 48 hours of arrival, will incur cancellation charges of 1 night's accommodation, dinner, bed & breakfast.
