Immerse yourself in an authentic ANALOG art experience and achieve a wonderful state of mind. Each session features collaborative, creative activities where you'll connect with others, share laughs and express yourself through prompts and IN PERSON idea generation– think AI art but 100% analog where YOU get to enjoy all the benefits.
The joy of art is in the creation so why should robots have all the fun? In this “NOT an Art Lesson”, no experience is needed as you don't need to be good at something for it to be good for you.
Taylor’s “NOT an Art Lesson” is facilitated by local comedian Taylor Ruddle who's most definitely NOT an artist. His greatest artistic achievement was passing an NCEA level 3 art class in year 13 never having done any art classes before. (Or since.) Taylor will facilitate 2 hours of fun, creative connection through a series of prompts and exercises, with nibbles included at the break + fully stocked bar where you can order drinks.
