Now in its 12th year, Nostalgia Festival transforms Ferrymead Historic Park into a music lover's paradise on Saturday 7 February 2026. This boutique Waitangi Weekend celebration brings together around 5,000 people for a day of exceptional live performances across four stages.
Headliner Balu Brigada leads a stellar lineup of New Zealand talent in the heritage park's unique 1900s setting. Between sets wander through markets, catch roving theatre acts, and enjoy local food and craft beverages.
The new "New Future Nostalgia Stage" debuts this year, spotlighting up-and-coming youth bands. With its commitment to sustainability and community connection, this family-friendly festival offers something different on Canterbury's summer calendar.
