Cancellation Policy
We recommend that you pre-book your treatment to avoid disappointment. Please be aware that in order to confirm your booking with us you will be asked to provide a credit card number or a full payment. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to change your appointment. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% charge.
