Our tour begins in Central Christchurch at our meet and greet spot in Cathedral Square. We leave the city to head west for a short 80 minute journey to the Rakaia Gorge. Here you will be taken on a thrill seeking, fun-filled 45 minute jet boat ride with Discovery Jet up the gorge. Take in the incredible limestone cliffs towering above this unique glacial-fed braided river, throw in a few spins along the way. After jet boating we head to the town of Methven for lunch at the Historic Blue Pub. Lunch is included in the package however drinks are additional. After lunch we head to the Opuke Hot Pools and Spa. This world class complex of hot pools and tubs is the most relaxing setting with gorgeous views of the foothills and Mount Hutt.

We operate with a minimum number of 4 guests.
Once bookings are confirmed we will contact you leading up to the tour to confirm your pickup time & a preferential pickup and drop off location in Christchurch.
Unfortunately, we cannot take infants or accessible guests
We are most likely not able to take cruise ship passengers as we cannot guarantee we would be back in Lyttelton in sufficient time for cruise ship shuttles.
Please list any dietary requirements when you book for our lunch hosts.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. There is no charge if you cancel in advance of 48 hours before the tour starts
All cancellations, no shows and late arrivals will not be refunded. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure you are at our pickup point in good time so we have an on time departure at 0845.
