Tuesday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm. Our Classes are typically held evenings 6-9pm.
What you'll learn: making chocolate cake layers, creating perfect chocolate ganache, preparing caramel mousse, professional layer cake assembly and essential piping techniques. What's included: all ingredients and equipment, all recipes to take home
and your finished four-layer cake creation. Class details: small group setting (maximum 4 attendees), two 2-hour sessions (4 hours total), all materials provided and suitable for all skill levels. Perfect for chocolate lovers wanting to master decadent layer cakes.
