Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for any refund.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and for genuine reasons only, e.g. If a booking is made initially through Kaikōura Kayaks website, then cancelled and subsequently rebooked through another website the original booking will stand and therefore can’t be refunded.
Kaikōura Kayaks reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather and sea conditions.
