The Kaikōura region is host to an abundance of wild game throughout the Seaward Kaikōura ranges. Red deer, Chamois, goats and pigs in beautiful secluded mountainous terrain. There are a selection of local huts, Bivvies and campsites available depending on your preferences. Kaikōura Helicopters holds a concession to operate and land in all Department of Conservation hunting areas. Our AS350 turbine helicopter comfortably carries 5 passengers with large storage pods. Conditions
Hunters are required to hold a current Department of Conservation (DOC) hunting permit for some doc blocks. Know before you go.
