Inspired by the four forces of fire, air, ice and water, Elemental is a structured 75 minute, immersive wellness journey that intentionally moves guests through contrasting temperatures and environments. Designed to work with the body’s natural response to heat and cold, the experience helps invigorate circulation, calm the nervous system, and leave guests feeling genuinely reset. Elemental is premium adult only experience and ideal for couples and close friends looking for a more intentional curated wellness experience.
