Tuesday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm. Our Classes are typically held evenings 6-9pm.
What you'll learn: making perfect sponge cake, creating Swiss meringue, preparing vanilla custard, making fruit jam from scratch and professional cake assembly techniques. What's included: all ingredients and equipment, all recipes to take home and your finished 15cm cake creation. Class details: small group setting (maximum 4 attendees), two 2-hour sessions (4 hours total), all materials provided and suitable for all skill levels. Perfect for anyone wanting to master the fundamentals of professional cake making.
