Conditions
We have a no smoking and/or drinking policy during any of our stargazing tours.
We reserve the right to refuse admission if a participant is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances. In this instance, no refund will be given.
All children must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian to ensure minimal disruption to other guests.
We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour or price at any time.
Cancellation Policy
An admin fee of 8% is non-refundable for any refund given. Akaroa Stargazing will provide a full refund (less admin fees) or credit for cancellations if made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. We reserve the right to charge 100% for no-shows. Should Akaroa Stargazing cancel a tour for any reason, such as inclement weather, Akaroa Stargazing will provide either a full refund (less admin fees) or will reschedule at your option.
