Spencer Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is a family friendly Holiday Park in walking distance to the beach. We have a wide range of accommodation from tent and powered sites to self-contained Studio Units and Tourist Flats. We are situated in the north-east of Christchurch and we are just 30 minutes from city and the airport. We are surrounded by forest and reserves, the perfect place to unwind and relax. We have a spacious and inviting amenities block, playground and bouncy pillow for the kids. Our BBQ area is perfect for summer evenings.

If you are arriving outside reception hours please let us know so we can organise our late check-in procedure.
Minimum stays apply over our peak season and public holidays.
Pets are by arrangement between 1st May - 1st September only, (excludes any public holidays during this time contact reception prior to your arrival to confirm whether you are able to bring your pet. We do not allow pets in accommodation.
TOP 10 members receive 10% discount max $40.00 per stay.
Cancellation Policy
A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival.
No refunds are given for early departures or late arrivals.
A no-show is considered a cancelled booking and will be treated as such.
No refunds for inclement weather conditions.
Amendments:
If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers or rooms, it will be treated as a cancellation.
