Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation that occurs after full payment of stay will be subject to a fee of NZD$100 (including 15% GST) per booking/per stay.
No refunds are made on accommodation cancelled within 72 hours of the intended stay, or for no shows it is recommended you have travel insurance. If circumstances change and cancellation is necessary we may at our discretion refund part or total amount of booking minus deposit.
