Lansdowne Farm lodge is a perfect setting for you and your guests: Friends, Family, Meeting, Retreat, Celebration. You will be Lansdowne Farm's only guests. Our award-winning Lodge with glass-walled, deck-surrounded Common House and detached six double bedrooms oriented so guests view the stunning landscape. The Lodge is fully self-contained, just provision yourself, or we can shop in advance for you to play chef in the big stainless kitchen (45 minutes drive to the nearest store). Discuss your ideas with us and we can craft your experience - beach, walks, bikes, BBQ, kites, horses, farm tour. Inside is a big drop-down projector for movies or meetings, library, board games, wood-fire, fast internet throughout and rocking sound system.
Pricing and Conditions
- Adult (off-peak season): $1,520.00 - $1,330.00
- Adult (peak season): $1,900.00
Conditions
Minimum of 2 nights. 10% discount for 3+ nights. Prices in NZ dollars and include a 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax. No surcharge for credit cards. 25% deposit required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced 60 days prior to arrival and is due for payment no later than prior to 30 days prior to arrival date. All reservation requests are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Bookings are non-transferable. Additional costs catering etc. payable on departure.
Cancellation Policy
Subject to availability dates can be modified. In the event of a cancellation guests will be refunded 50% if more than 30 days prior to arrival and 25% if more than 14 days prior to arrival
