The Factory offers luxury accommodation in an historic beachfront building. It is in a stunning location just north of Kaikoura with the dramatic mountains on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other and only 10 minutes from all the incredible experiences that Kaikoura has to offer. The guest wing is completely self-contained with private courtyard and spa and accommodates up to 6 people in 3 king bedrooms.
Guests have the choice of a self-catering or a full-service option, which includes a gourmet breakfast, welcome drinks, snacks and free New Zealand sparkling wine and beer. With underfloor heating throughout as well as a log burner, it is a perfect place for couples, families and small groups to relax all year round.
Pricing and Conditions
- Adult: $510.00 - $630.00
Conditions
Full Bed and Breakfast option: Full gourmet breakfast and all extras $600 per couple, $130 extra adult $90 extra child.
Extras include welcome drinks and snacks, New Zealand champagne and beer.
Self-Catering Option: - breakfast and extras not included $480 per couple $100 extra adult $70 extra child.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days incurs a forfeit of 25%. Cancellation within 7 days incurs a forfeit of 100%.
