Summer 7.30am - 8.00pm (1 Oct - 30 Apr), Winter 8.30am - 6.00pm ( 1 May - 30 Sep).
Peketā Campground is just 5 minutes out of town, has all the breath-taking mountain and sea views you would expect in Kaikōura and heaps more. We have powered and unpowered sites. Cabin accommodation is available for couples and families and there’s WIFI available if you need a remote working set up. There’s plenty of room, and clean and tidy facilities are conveniently located around the campground. Families will love the playgrounds and Mini Golf. If you’re into fishing... you can fish or launch your kayak from the beach and it’s just a few minutes up the road to South Bay where you can launch a boat. Back at the camp there are fish cleaning stations to prepare your catch. Great place to stay while you explore. Nau mai ki Peketā.
Pricing and Conditions
- Adult: $20.00 - $80.00
Cancellation Policy
Where less than 72 hours notice of cancellation is given, full payment will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled outside of the 72 hours will incur a $25.00 Admin Fee.
If you fail to arrive, you will forfeit your payment.
No refunds are available should guests leave before the reserved departure date.
