  1. The promoter of the giveaway is ChristchurchNZ, Level 3, 101 Cashel Street, Christchurch, 8011, New Zealand.   
  2. To be eligible, entrants must complete all fields in the online competition form housed on Formstack.   
  3. Entrants have the opportunity to opt into ChristchurchNZ's newsletter database. Their data will not be shared with third parties, and entrants can opt out of receiving newsletter updates at the time of entry or by unsubscribing at any time.  
  4. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that ChristchurchNZ may collect their personal data. The data will only be used to contact the entrant directly if they are the winner, or add them to the ChristchurchNZ newsletter database, to send them communications about the latest happenings in Christchurch if they choose to opt in.
  5. The competition is open to those who reside in New Zealand and can travel to Ōtautahi Christchurch for the Christchurch Spring Fashion Festival at their own cost.  
  6. Entrants must be aged 18 or older. 
  7. There is no entry fee to enter this competition. 
  8. Only one entry per person. 
  9. Employees of NZ Fashion Week, ChristchurchNZ, The Crossing and Bar Franco and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations of the competition are not eligible to enter. 
  10. Competition closes Tuesday 6 October 2026 at 11.59pm. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries by ChristchurchNZ by 5pm Wednesday 7 October 2026.  
  11. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email by 5pm Wednesday 7 October 2026 and will have 48 hours to respond. If not claimed, a new winner will be selected. 
  12. The prize giveaway is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 
  13. All prize elements offered are governed by the specific organisation, venue or event's conditions of entry. 
  14. NZ Fashion Week and suppliers can change prizes at their discretion. NZ Fashion Week will endeavour to change prizes with suppliers to equal or greater value if it cannot be fulfilled. 
  15. ChristchurchNZ’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.   
  16. To the full extent permitted by law, ChristchurchNZ will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or use of the prize.   
  17. Winners agree to the use of their name and image and/or details of their entry in publicity material. Personal data will be handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy legislation.   
  18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.   
  19. Any additional costs incurred by the winner to redeem the prize(s), including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transport, additional food and beverage, or other incidental expenses, are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
