Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of the giveaway is ChristchurchNZ, Level 3, 101 Cashel Street, Christchurch, 8011, New Zealand and Roady NZ.
  2. To be eligible, entrants must complete all fields in the online competition form housed on Formstack.
  3. Entrants may choose to opt in to the ChristchurchNZ eDM database. Their data will not be shared with Roady NZ or other third parties for marketing purposes. Entrants can opt in to receive newsletter updates at the time of entry and may unsubscribe at any time.
  4. The competition is open to those who reside in New Zealand and can travel to Ōtautahi Christchurch to redeem the prize. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
  5. Employees of ChristchurchNZ, Roady NZ, participating prize partners and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter.
  6. The competition opens at 12:00am Sunday, 28 June 2026 and closes at 11:59am Sunday, 12 July 2026.
  7. The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries and notified via phone or email by 12pm Wednesday, 15 July 2026.
  8. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  9. Only one entry per person.
  10. If ChristchurchNZ cannot contact a winner within 24 hours of notification, ChristchurchNZ reserves the right to re-select a replacement winner.
  11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  12. ChristchurchNZ reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, including the prize, and these terms and conditions without notice due to circumstances outside of its control.
  13. ChristchurchNZ reserves the right to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given or where an entrant has behaved fraudulently or dishonestly or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  14. The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
  15. To the full extent permitted by law, ChristchurchNZ, Roady NZ and participating prize partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or use of the prize.
  16. Winner agree to the use of their name and image and/or details of their entry in publicity material. Personal data will be handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy legislation.
