This expo promises to be a friendly, informative, and engaging morning. Attendees can expect a wide range of information tables and experts offering everything from free health checks and wellbeing advice, to exercise tips, and mental health support. The morning concludes with some legal guidance and a Q&A session including answers to funeral and palliative care questions.
This is a rare opportunity to chat with health professionals in a relaxed, no pressure environment.
