Come celebrate 30 years since Elaine Dobson oversaw the commissioning of a gong kebyar gamelan set from Bali and its arrival at the University of Canterbury on Christmas Day, 1995!
Featuring the UC Gamelan Ensemble and special guests from Dunedin and Wellington:
Puspawarna Gamelan (Javanese)
Gamelan Padhang Moncar (Javanese)
Gamelan Taniwha Jaya (Balinese)
Wayang Kulit (Dr. Joko Susilo - Shadow Puppeteer)
