If you are looking for a way to improve your fitness, gain greater confidence and self-discipline, and develop your self-defence skills at the same time, we would love to have you train with us! Come and train with us for free these school holidays! Classes are available for all ages 5 and up.

As spaces are limited, students are limited to attending one free class. Bookings are essential.
