Double Bill – The Meeting and E Ipo, My Love

Isaac Theatre Royal and Hagley Theatre School are proud to launch the inaugural winter season of the Six-Month Theatre Creation Course under the direction of Dr Pedro Ilgenfritz. Two exciting new works will be presented as a double bill.

Lola Houghton leads us into the chaotic circus of civil affairs in her farcical one-woman political satire The Meeting, before Tane Te Pakeke-Patterson and Gisele Proud present E Ipo, My Love, an honest, heartfelt and at times hilarious look at what it is to be a Māori and Pākehā couple in Aotearoa New Zealand.
