Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your horse trek start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Time changes to booked horse treks cannot be made less than 24 hours before the booked start time (NZ time).
This experience requires good weather therefore, If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund. Any booking modification requests more than 24 hours of your activity start are at the discretion of the operator & may not be refundable
