It all began at a wedding in 2019 – a few bold words, plenty of encouragement, and a spark of imagination. By 2020, a copper still had arrived, and Geraldine’s first distillery was born. At Humdinger Gin, Andrew Lewis, a professional engineer, obsessively crafts each batch to perfection, while Saskia Lewis, a biologist by training, adds vibrant spices and creativity to their award-winning recipes. Together, they combine science and artistry to create smooth, flavourful gins.
