A day trip to Kaikoura 11 hours. Kiwi guide with 30 years experience to see Giant Sperm Whale. Superb scenery, NZ Fur seals. Fresh homemade picnic lunch. I only go if the weather is good and happy to amend the schedule if weather is not on our side.

Day tours or overnight tour to Kaikoura to see the Giant Sperm Whale. Spectacular coastal scenery, fresh picnic lunch with a knowledgeable Kiwi guide. Options to ride one way on Coastal Pacific Train. Option to do a farm tour for shearing demonstration in Kaikoura. View NZ Fur Seals & usually dolphins as well from the boat. Homemade picnic two course lunch to be enjoyed in a stunning location on the coast. Day tour is 11 hour return trip from Christchurch. If the weather is at all doubtful we will happily change the schedule to another location if whale watching boat is not operating. TranzAlpine, Akaroa, Aoraki Mt Cook or Hanmer Springs to suit clients wishes & adjust the price accordingly. Swim with Dolphins is also another option.
