Conditions of Travel
Seat belts must be worn where fitted, as per the Land Transport Rule.
No smoking, vaping, or eating on the coach. Hot drinks are allowed only in spill-proof travel cups.
Keep talking and personal device volume low to avoid disturbing others.
For safety, direct all questions to the tour guide, not the driver.
The driver and guide may refuse passage to disruptive passengers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure will not qualify for a refund.
No-shows on the day of departure are non-refundable.
If Kiwi Coach Tours cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, passengers will receive a full refund or can choose to reschedule for a future date.
