Experience a blend of old and new with great service and friendliness at YHA Springfield, Smylies. We have all modern facilities including twin and four-bed rooms, comfortable TV lounge, library (extensive Japanese collection) plus fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. There is also a ski tune-up and drying room, and restaurant (winter only). Transport can be provided to the ski fields. Off-street parking available. The hostel has been designed with a strong Japanese influence and the winter favourties include an Ofuro (Japanese bath), kotatsu (heated lounge table) an shogi (Japanese chess). Japanese meals are cooked on request.

YHA members receive 10% discount off standard rates when booking direct
Cancellation Policy
$5.00 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made before 6:00 pm the day before arrival.
Cancellations made after 6:00 pm the day before arrival incur a charge of one night’s accommodation.
If you do not advise the hostel or our Customer Services team you will be charged for all nights booked.
