Our large 7 metre Tipi (Teepee) has impressive nine-metre poles reaching to the sky. Sleeps up to five, in a double bed, two separate single beds + single trundler bed. High quality glamping accommodation.
Companion toilet/shower building, nearby BBQ shelter - gas (BBQ, pizza oven, griddle cooker), outdoor furniture. Two electric heaters, electric blanket on double bed, raised wooden insulated floor, continental breakfast items: 3 cereals, loaf bread, butter, jam, seasonal: fruit and farm eggs (left in the fridge on arrival day, to have at your leisure). Tea/coffee making facilities, double skinned, with a thick cotton inner lining, coffee table, sofa and chairs, bed linen, towels, toiletries provided and adult robes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelled by Wacky Stays = full refund (except act-of-god events, then just 10% deposit).
Guest cancels:
30+ days from check-in = loss of 10% deposit (unless re-sold, or transferred to another property/date)
10-29 days from check-in = 50% loss of full payment (unless re-sold, then just 10% deposit)
0-9 days from check-in = 100% loss of full payment (unless re-sold, then just 10% deposit)
