The Courtyard is the ideal place for those wanting easy outdoor access and spacious sunny rooms. These rooms are popular with families and groups who want to be close together and are further complemented with hammocks, picnic tables, a large grassy space, and BBQ area.
These spacious and sunny rooms contain everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have three types of rooms available: The Courtyard –Garden Court Studio King + Single, The Courtyard - Garden Court Studio and The Courtyard –Garden Court Studio King + King.
Bed's made with quality linen, Sky TV, free unlimited WIFI, tea and coffee making facilities, and fridge. The ensuite bathrooms with a shower and toilet include towels, hairdryers, soap, and shampoo.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings made via a third party must be referred back to the original booking source to claim a refund and are liable to those terms and conditions set by the Third Party.
Bookings made direct with Bealey Quarter if cancelled before 2pm the day prior to check in are eligible to a full refund. If cancelled after 2pm the day are non-refundable and non-transferable, this first night of stay will be charged per person.
Declined credit card transactions on no shows or cancellations will be charged.
