Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 72 hours before the booked date incur no fee. Cancellations made within the 72 hours prior to check in incur a fee of 1 night. Please note we apply a surcharge to payments made using credit card, which is in line with our costs of acceptance. We do not surcharge NZ debit cards.
